Bio:

Zulimar Andreos Montiga was born in Llomerryn in 9:18 Dragon, the only child of a minor noble family from Seere. Her family came to Llomerryn because their family Seer declared that her birth would be auspicious, and to take utmost care with the best doctors.

She was raised in the spiritualism and habits of her ancestors and is a firm believer of the Natural Order. She had a happy, unremarkable childhood, and has been incredibly privileged.

There has been infighting in the branches of her family for the minor nobility titles that her parents hold, mostly from cousins who believe themselves to be the rightful heirs of their lands and fortunes. Her mother, with some contacts in Orlais, got Zulimar admitted to the Orlesian University, both for her protection, and for Zulimar to lose some of her naivete and learn the things that she needs survive in the noble houses of Thedas.

Her second year at the university brought her face to face with the injustice the lower classes face, and she witnessed a Friend of Red Jenny take revenge on a cruel and capricious student who had treated a servant cruelly. It made her realize that if she were to truly take her position as her mother’s heir in Rivain, she should use her abilities to protect those who cannot protect themselves.

When not in class, she uses the lessons she learned at the University to help the Friends of Red Jenny take their petty revenges. She hopes one day to find the Friend who changed her life, to thank them for opening her eyes to the inequality so prevalent in Thedas, and she hopes that by the time she’s ready to take her place at her family’s head, she’ll have earned her tattoos and piercings of status with her exploits.
